Opis: SCP-PL-270 to desygnacja nadana ok. 60000-70000 instancją felis catus.¹ Owe instancje nie różnią się absolutnie niczym od swoich nieanormalnych odpowiedników poza inteligencją odpowiadającą standardowemu człowiekowi w wieku 14-30 lat. Zostało potwierdzone, że osobniki tej anomalii są w stanie zrozumieć ludzką mowę.

Dnia 20.07.1998 dwie jednostki MFO-█ ("███████") zlokalizowały w piwnicy właściciela SCP-PL-270-343 podziemną plantację Nepeta cataria² oraz magazyn zawierający ok. ███ kg Nepeta cataria. Po dłuższej inwestygacji odnotowano, że gatunki SCP-PL-270 sprzedają masowo daną roślinę do zarówno nieanomalnych odpowiedników ich gatunku, jak również anomalnych instancji, używając jako waluty zabawek dla kotów, biżuterii lub jedzenia.

Podczas jeszcze dalszej inwestygacji, odkryto, że różne instancje SCP-PL-270 posiadają skomplikowaną hierarchię społeczną, gdzie ok. 65% instancji podąża za pojedynczą instancją SCP-PL-270, która starannie planuje akcje rozprowadzania roślin Nepeta cataria i akcji militarnych podjętych wobec innych grup.
